Looking at reality and facts can be boring and quite a slap on the face most of the time, but if you are not looking at reality, what are you looking at?

Chasing dreams, having visions, jumping into co-creations, all of this is great and is required to keep us driven and thriven, but the price to pay when the set up ground is not taken into consideration is the one main cause of what we call ‘suffering’, turmoil, dis-ease, inner turbulence, lack of vitality,…basically any state that dis-connects us from harmony, peace, love, genuine power and freedom.
Big words, but isn’t this what we are all ultimately and deeply wanting?
In a more concrete way, the body is always there telling you what it needs to function properly, always there whispering. The body is Your ground, it’s your Temple and the machine that allows you to act, and just like a car, when the alarm starts appearing for oil, you must listen and give it oil or else it breaks.
That’s when humility begins. When you let go of the hurry to drive fast and slow down to listen to the body, to the ground, so it shows you what you must act on and also what you can honestly act on.
